SAIBA members are required to observe the required standards of professional and ethical conduct. SAIBA will issue disciplinary action where there is evidence of gross failure to observe these standards.

  • Source document processing – we process source documents into the accounting system. This can either be your existing accounting system or we will set one up for your business using QuickBooks Online Accounting.
  • Management accounts – we will prepare a pack of pre-determined reports on a periodic basis that will give you the valuable operational and financial information to successfully run your business.
  • Payroll – we will run your employees payroll data on a weekly and/or monthly basis with year-end IRP5 data for income tax purposes.
  • Tax statutory reporting – we will process and submit your statutory EMP and VAT returns to SARS.
  • Annual Financial Statements – we will prepare your business’ annual financial statements in accordance with the relevant statutory requirements.
  • CIPC – we will attend to all necessary document lodgments with the Companies and Intellectual Property Commission (CIPC).
  • Business processes – we will provide advice on business processes and other general business activities.
  • Tax – we will attend to all your income tax, PAYE and VAT administration and planning.
